Gramps was a quiet, gentle man. He loved being on his Tug Boat and I remember he'd dock it at Harrison and come up to their house at the 'Crows Nest' for the weekend. Twinkling blue eyes and a deep voice. Love you Gramps. So thankful I will see you again someday.

I have so many memories of Floyd and Jeri. Playing with Randy and Carol. Some times he would take us on the tug boat. Oh, how I loved that. Visiting their home was so much fun. I want to send my love and sympathy to the family.

I remember so many things about my Uncle Floyd when I was growing up. One of the funniest memories I have of him is when he was working on the tug boats, and he somehow captured a racoon and brought it home for us kids to see. He put it in the basement of their house on 3rd street in St. Maries. He told Randy, Carole and I to go and see it, and we did. When we opened the basement door, there it was, and it was growling so loudly at us that we were scared to death, and we slammed the basement door and ran away!Uncle Floyd thought that it was so funny!Great memories of this fine, kind man....He was always so nice to me and had a "gentle" nature. Loved him!
