Oh Travis. We have missed you. Not knowing your last name made it tough. We are devastated to read of your passing. You were by far one of our most valued, loyal and spirited customers. You had a way of making any day in the retail world more up-lifting. Sharing with us one of your most prized possessions (Recon) was a testament to us of your sincere compassion. We miss watching Recon run up the aisle for a quick hello and biscuit.... We pray he made it to a loving home. Our team loved you Travis! You definitely left your footsteps throughout.... Me and Jerome, I always knew him as Jerome and continued calling him that through his "Jerry," phase and unto beloved Travis. We went through high school, got suspended twice together, and when he went into the Marine Corps I followed. We ran up shainanegins whilst in the vacinity of each other in the Corps as well! We ran away together - well he did and i followed when we were young teenagers and ended up just crossing tthe bridge closest to home, sleeping in a closed down, windy, rainy laundy mat, sleeping like a couple of hobos with newspaper to keep us from the leaky elements. He always steered me in the right direction, and he had the most joyous laugh. He told me the Siberian Peach Pie joke while we were walking around salutin flags and what not, and we must have walked seven miles and he used every inch for that joke. I searched the web for my friend for years and alas, I find him today. I am very sad. \ I love the picture, I can hear him now, "Well howdy Frostie." Semper Fi buddy.

Adventurous, mischievous,fun loving, courageous, loyalty unwavering. You loved intentionally and were committed to making sure it was genuine and felt by those who received it.
Uncle Jerry, I was blessed to call you 'Uncle'but you were much more than that. When I was fatherless, without hesitation, you stepped up to a plate you didn't need to. Thank you for being 'Dad' when I needed it the most.
I will miss our long conversations that went into the night; the shared laughter and the tears we wept together.
And for your willingness to sacrifice for your family, friends and our country, 'Thank you' falls far short. You carried the load, finished your 'tour' on earth and endured the scars of war far too long. You lived the motto 'Semper Fi'. I will carry that example with me. You will be deeply missed.
