Obituary of Jack George Jones

Jack George Jones March 30, 1947 – June 14, 2021 Jack was born and raised in Wenatchee, Washington. He died suddenly at his home, in his favorite place, outdoors. He served in the Army National Guard while attending Wenatchee Valley College and Central Washington University. It was there he met and married his wife, Karen. Jack was a man of many interests and opinions. His love of the outdoors and a passion for hunting pheasants, lead him to owning and training his beloved German Shorthair Pointers. After health concerns caused his early retirement, he followed his father’s love of golf and enjoyed playing numerous courses in both Washington and Idaho. One of his greatest joys was his “coffee” hour with friends every morning catching up on the lasted news. Another bright star in his life was his great grand daughter Ali. They spent many fun times riding on the tractor and doing some of Grandpa’s chores. Jack is survived by his wife Karen of 52 years, his daughter, Amy (Cody) Stiles of Mount Vernon, Washington, his brother, Tom (Willow) Jones of Oroville, Washington, his sister, Cathy Cox of Everett Washington, his nephew Jim (Laura) Cox of London, England and his dogs Kidnee and Louie. Jack, we will love you and hold you close to our hearts forever, remembering all the good times. Rest in peace Jack as you are now in God’s hand, in a new body with out pain, watching down on us.
