Elaine Cooper 95, passed away June 23, 2021, in Rathdrum, ID. Elaine was born to Leana and Lee Harms on August 10, 1925. She attended Chicago High School.
Elaine married Charles Cooper on May 15, 1943. They had two sets of twins, Shaaron and Aaron in 1944 and Linda and Larry in 1945.
Elaine was a 50 year plus member of the Renton, WA. And Coeur d’ Alene, ID. Fraternal Order of the Eagles. She also had the honor of being Woman of the Year for the state of Idaho in 2011 and Idaho State Mrs. Eagle in 2012-2013.
Elaine was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and son Aaron Cooper.
She is survived by her daughters, Shaaron Nading, Linda McGrew and son Larry Cooper, 14 grandchildren, many great-grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.
The family plans a private gathering. Donations may be made to Hospice of North Idaho in Elaine’s name.
