Obituary of Susan Claire Myers

Born in Penryn California on April 28, 1942 to Eleanor Stufloton and George Neufeld. Susan and her family moved to Post Falls in 1952 and she graduated from Post Falls High School Class of 1960. Susan attended Sacred Heart School of Nursing from 1960 to 1963. She met Ray Myers at a dance on Fairchild AFB in October 1961, became engaged in December of 1961 and married Ray on April 28, 1962. Susan had 2 children, 9 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren, all of whom she just adored. Returning to Post Falls with her husband Ray and family in 1979, Susan was back where her roots never left. She loved North Idaho and the lifestyle that she was so fortunate to be able to enjoy. Susan was an avid bridge player, loved boating and fishing for Kokanee and being with friends and family. Susan is survived by her son David Allen Myers and Karen Ann Myers and their children, grandson's Ryan David Myers, Bradley Myers, Mitchell David Myers, Richard Zachariah Myers, Jake Colby Myers, Landon Paul Myers and granddaughter Tiana Marie Myers (Christensen) and Ross Christensen. Susan is also survived by her daughter Elizabeth Marie Myers and Ted Brock and their children, grandson's Raymond James Meredith and Stacia Lynn Meredith, and their children, great grandson's Logan Alexander Stolz and Travis Jeffrey Meredith, and granddaughter Shawna Marie Meredith (Nagel) and Todd Christopher Nagel and their children, great grandsons Joshua Dean Nagel, and Lucas James Nagel. Susan passed away on June 29, 2021 after a 22 year long battle with metastatic breast cancer. Her loss will be felt for a very long time.
