He and my son were born 2 days apart. He was at my house quite a bit in his teenage years. The day his mom passed I was there to listen as he talked. My son was there so he knew where Kelley was laid to rest. And went for their birthdays to leave flowers. He noticed where he believed he was but that there wasn’t a stone. He spoke to the office who said there isn’t a plan to get a stone. There are several people Kelley touched who would love to help with his stone. My son asked the cemetery if he could just pay for it and was told that you “own” the rights to that spot and unless you call them and say it’s okay we cannot do it.
