To the Brighter Family I'm sending Sincere Deepest Condolences my heart is Broken I am praying for you all as well, I was just a friend and not Family, However Eddie and I were Both 3 and Tracy was 2 when we first met.As Life goes on we some how kept in touch and our lives crossed paths again in Jr. High and High school and again now as adults. TRACY will be Greatly Missed but God has given me peace knowing he is in a better place and is now resting this is truly not Goodbye but See you Later Bro...!!! ❤️

This is Marvin and Marisa Castillo. Tracy was one of Marvin's best friends. We are just sick that this has happened to such a warm, caring, and funny person. Marvin was just starting to worry about him in that Tracy was not answering his texts and finally his phone stopped working. Just this afternoon we thought we should check the hospital or Facebook to find an update, never expecting for a second to learn he had not recovered. We were/are devastated to learn just an hour ago that Tracy had passed away. We will truly miss Tracy and are so grateful that we got to meet him and spend time with him. Marvin has many funny stories about the trips they took together at Excel and how Tracy was so kind with him when he was a new employee and learning the ropes. It doesn't seem fair that Covid should hit him so hard as Tracy was so careful about his diet and would share tips with us when he came over for dinner. I hope Tracy's family can find peace in that he was a fine man and a good friend and we will miss him dearly. Also we are so grateful that we haven't missed his memorial service and we will be attending. This was/is such a shock as I am sure it is for all of Tracy's family and friends. We are just in disbelief.
