I'll never forget the time we trapped a coyote at work and how excited Wes was when he found this thing dead in our home made wire snare that morning. He was The one who made it and set it up. It was my idea though lol. We took it literally across the street from our work to get the hide done and we planned on making key chains with the paws as a friendship token. I'm still waiting for the taxidermist to finish it but I will be giving his daughter Penny the hide and one of the paws. This man cared about his friends so much he called Emily when I was in the hospital. He was always there to talk to about struggles, both me and him had.
Working with him was a blast. He was a scorpio like me and We were so alike in personality he even listened to obscure emo music nobody else knew. His war stories were epic and he was proud of what he did. Both of us had internal daily struggle with normal life that we could talk about openly without judgment. Wes was also a damn good father and husband. For the short time I knew him he became my closest friend. Our kids even played together a few times. It was a good time while it lasted. Love you brother!
