Obituary of Barbara Kaye Christian

Barbara Kaye Christian, 80, went home to be with Jesus on April 29, 2023, in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho where she lived happily amongst cherished family and friends. Barbara was a spunky and bold yet compassionate and kind soul. She maintained a lively and spirited demeanor throughout her vibrant 80 years of life. Barbara's presence was deeply cherished, and it is with great sorrow and bittersweet gratitude that we announce her passing. Barbara's greatest joy in life was her family. She had four children in her marriage to Jolly Christian: Rick (Elisa) Christian, Lisa (Phil) Natoli, Rhondi Christian (Greg Stroud), and Kris Christian. Barbara was adored by each of her grandchildren: Maranee, Bryce, Andrea, Andrew, MaKaila, Gage, Slater, and Storm, who all lovingly called her "Mimi". Barbara was further blessed with nine great-grandchildren who entertained and inspired her daily. A private memorial service will be held in Idaho for her immediate family. All donations may go to the Redwood Gospel Mission (PO Box 493. Santa Rosa, CA 95402) in her honor. We know that Barbara is breathing peacefully and resting easy amongst her predeceased loved ones in Heaven. Barbara will be forever missed and remembered by the many lives she has touched and the impact she has made.
