Wayne and i grew up in Fall City together, spent our high school years together and many days together .Even though i was ahead of him by one year,it didn't seem to matter.Hanging out at the Hogan house was one of our favorite things to do.We would all get together party a bit and watch Happy Days .I would give everyone a ride to school in the Botchmobile as they called it.Spending alot of days at the raging river dike or throwing the Frisbee at E.J Roberts park or terrorizing the town on Halloween night,We all married within a couple of years of each other in those days, seemed the natural thing to do.Wayne and i stayed close friends throughout life with many laughs and talks about the old times in Fall City .My dad Gus Botulinski and Waynes dad Marv fished for steelhead side by side on the banks of the Snoqualmie river. The news of Waynes passing hit us all very hard i still and always will have a very hard time with it,i think about him everyday and still have a hard time believing he is gone, and talk to him as though he can hear me. I cant help but wonder as i turn 67 this year when will my number be called.I really would like to be at your Life Celebration Wayne but my serious back issues keep me from driving very far,i know you would understand.Im really sorry this happened to you my lifelong friend and look forward to you giving me a hand up into heaven when i take my last breath.Love Stephen Botch Botulinski P.s. Cant wait to hear you call out the Fall City fireman's call HOOYAHH!

The past 12 or so years almost all our memories include Wayne or to my kids Grandpa Wayne. From the moment I met him we were family. Grandma Rebecca & Grandpa Wayne were there for all the family milestones. The birth of Kamryn, pumpkin patch trips, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, Valentine’s, Easter, birthdays, the birth of Carter and so much more. After we had Kam we tried to go visit as often as possible, sometimes every other week. Grandpa Wayne and Kamryn or Wiggles as he liked to caller her had a very special bond. He taught our wild girl so much! He was first to take her fishing, used extra patience in teaching her anything including how to tie her shoelaces, gave her her first toolbox and tools, and took her on so many adventures. She has an extreme love of tie dye just like Grandpa. Grandpa Wayne and Carter had a wonderful relationship too. He taught Carter to fish, steer the boat, and so much more. We are forever grateful for the time and memories we made together, and all the happiness and love through the years. We love you Grandpa Wayne and will miss you always.

To Wayne. We have been privileged to know you and your family. They have been the family Rebecca has needed to love and be loved by. You have always shared, loved, cared to all. My special times was going to lunch with you. There's all the apples you brought us too. I made so many things with. The picnic that you and Rebecca did were always alot of fun. Always a great time. I know you will be missed sorely. I want to tell you
Rebecca will be fine. So keep watching over her. Love to you Debby and Jerry

I remember when my sons and I want fishing above Snoqualmie Falls. We were there for a few hours just letting the kids fish and have a good time. We talked about what ever came to mind and relaxed. It was a very good day.

Thank you guys for some pretty neat memories. Thank you both for inviting us to the pirates dinner with you guys in California. That was one of the biggest highlights of our trip, it was so fun. And thank you for allowing all of us to visit with you guys in Kennewick. You both have inspired me to own 7 doggies at once some day, and one of them will be a chocolate lab Like Maggie

Since the time my girls (Tanessa and Tatiana) were born, to the day he passed he always made such a beautiful difference in our lives. From the jokes he made, to his moments of teaching, he was always there and teaching all of us to be the best versions of ourselves. He always showed us that the best people are the people who are true to themselves and make a positive difference on the world. And that is something that only a connected, and true soul can teach. I see that part of him in my girls, and he will always be remembered by the lives he touched.

The best godfather anyone could ever ask for. "Grandpa" Wayne is what we referred to him as. Wayne showed us the true meaning of unconditional love, no matter how far away we were, he always made sure to be there for us, in any way, shape or form that he could. A great man truly. My sister and I will always remember him as the man who could always make us smile, who would entertain us with magic tricks, jokes, or even singing along to a silly song on the radio. We love you so much "Grandpa" Wayne!

Wayne to me was a great friendlike family, he made awesome chocolate chip cookies and loved to joke around , one of his favorite jokes was "What's that?"as he would use his finger to flick your nose! Hahaha! so I used to clean their house , and take care of their animals when they went on trips, we had alot of heart to heart conversations, Wayne was there to listen, and had great advice! We will miss you Wayne.
