Obituary of Ebony Crista Blank (Peralta)

Please share a memory of Ebony to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.
Ebony Crista Blank (Peralta) was born on 11/11/1999, in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. She went home to be with Jesus on June 8th, 2023. Her parents were Reyna Enriquez and Lee Peralta. She had three sisters and one brother while growing up in Coeur d’Alene. She attended Lake City High School and then worked as front desk personnel and hospitality at a few different hotels in the area. She became a mother to Elena Keeva Rose Lapioli in 2018. Elena was an exceptional gift to Ebony and the light of her life! She then met her future husband, Philip and she experienced an even greater capacity for love in Philip as well as his family. She married Philip Blank and began a new adventure as his partner. They were best friends and felt deep gratitude for the gift of their marriage. They enjoyed a honeymoon in California and a few trips to their family cabin in Montana and to visit relatives there as well as a few trips to Seattle. Philip and Ebony were fortunate to welcome a new baby daughter together, Kaliyah Irene Blank. She added greatly to Ebony and Philip’s joy in life. Ebony loved fishing, playing pranks on people, laughter, eating as many different types of hot sauce as she could find, quiet times with her family and music. She enjoyed and celebrated the many friendships she shared. Fondly called Abby by many, she was deeply loved. She shared the love of Jesus with her family and accepted Christ as her Savior in the days preceding her death. She was anxious to learn more about the life of Jesus and to understand His word and apply His promises to her own life. Ebony would want others to experience this same joy and peace. She is preceded in death by her sister Keeva Peralta of Coeur d’ Alene, Idaho, her uncle Jack Peralta of Coeur d’ Alene, and her grandmother, Irene Peralta, also of Coeur d’Alene. Ebony’s family is Reyna (Enrique) Peralta, Lee Peralta, Nikki Peralta, Eli Wilson, Zoe Wilson, Bella Peralta, Candice Peralta, Taylor Sease, Avery Sease, Kohen Sease, and Eric Peralta. Her family is also Russ and Shelly Blank, Kirk, Kadie (Blank) and Charles Delmas, and Austin and Alyssa Blank, all of whom reside in Coeur d’Alene. The Memorial service for Ebony’s friends and family will be held at Real Life Ministries in Post Falls on August 8th at 1 pm. There is a GoFundMe account set up for Philip and his daughters to help defray costs - Help Ebony (Peralta) Blank's Family: https://gofund.me/5c1c0a4e “But then I will win her back once again. I will lead her into the desert and speak tenderly to her there. I will return her vineyards to her and transform the Valley of Trouble[ into a gateway of hope. She will give herself to me there, as she did long ago when she was young, when I freed her from her captivity in Egypt. When that day comes,” says the Lord, “you will call me ‘my husband’ instead of ‘my master.’ O Israel, I will wipe the many names of Baal from your lips, and you will never mention them again. On that day I will make a covenant with all the wild animals and the birds of the sky and the animals that scurry along the ground so they will not harm you. I will remove all weapons of war from the land, all swords and bows, so you can live unafraid in peace and safety. I will make you my wife forever, showing you righteousness and justice, unfailing love and compassion. I will be faithful to you and make you mine, and you will finally know me as the Lord. Hosea 2:14-20
