Obituary of Bernice Stuart

Bernice E. Stuart, 94 "Bea" Stuart passed away March 27, 2013 at her home in Post Falls with her daughter La Von by her side. Bea was born in Minneapolis. Minn. Oct. 11, 1918 to Swedish parents Eric & Mamie Fallstrom. She wed her high school sweetheart Thomas Stuart in 1936 and moved to CA. They had 4 children and were both devoted and loving parents. Tom passed away in 1975 at age 58 and she went back to work for Aerojet General Working in electronics & retired at age 75 in 1993. She then moved to Post Falls, ID with her daughter La Von and they built a home together in 1993. One of her greatest joys in life was cooking, sewing and being outside in her flower garden with her Kitties. She had a wonderful zest for life and she embraced every moment at its fullest. She considered her family and friends as a gift and never took anything or anyone for granted. She had a beautiful soul and her blue eyes always had a twinkle in them. She was a wife, mother and friend you could always trust and count on for guidance and help. She went through many hardships but never wavered in strength. Thank you Mom for being the best mother and wife a daughter and family could ever have. "God could not be everywhere so he created Mothers". Bernice is survived by daughters La Von Stuart of Post Falls, ID, Dawn Stuart of CA, three grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. A warm felt thank you to Hospice of North Idaho, their staff and volunteers for all your love and comfort you gave in her final days of life. Also a Thank you to Bell Tower Funeral Home, Rob Clark and family for showing such heartfelt compassion for she and her family.
