After purchasing my home in North Idaho from Sue, she would become a great friend to myself and the nonprofit I direct for birds of prey. She was a spirited woman whose light shown brighter than most. Of the living educational eagles, hawks, falcons and owls that we possess, Sue's favorite was "Briar" the red-tailed hawk. A common hawk across North America who is a champion of adapting to many environments, like Sue. My sincere and loving condolences to her family and Doug her beloved husband.

I just learned of Sue's passing today. My deepest sympathy's to Doug and her family. I was blessed to have known her. She was always optimistic and loved her small community and was always there to give support. She will be sorely missed. Again my sympathies are with you and I will keep you in my prayers. I hope some day to meet her at the cross roads.

Sue was the epitome of class and grace. We were part of the Spirit Lake East Community, and so were neighbor's of Doug and Sue's- no matter the hour or the reason for the visit, we were met with smiles, hugs and a "Welcome!". Sue was a collector of people, and I am very proud to be part of her collection. Our deepest condolences go to her families, co-workers, and the love of her life, Doug. Sue helped us buy and sell several properties. Each time she was a joy to work with and we became friends. Her warm smile and laugh were always there. Our deepest condolences to her family and friends. We will all miss her.

My husband and I met Sue 10 years ago when she introduced us to our home in Spirit Lake--over the years we have had occasion to meet with Sue. She was a lovely and kind lady and we extend our heartfelt condolences to the family. God Bless and keep you in this time of loss.

I just heard of Sue's passing. I would like to express my sincerest condolences to her family in this very sad time. I knew Sue as a fellow Realtor & had the pleasure of working with her on a few transactions. Sue definately had her finger on the pulse of our community & she will be missed.
