Grandma Ginny, I told your little Logan that you had gone to Heaven and everytime someone goes to Heaven a new star twinkles in the night sky and to watch for your star. Just the other evening while riding in the car, Logan startled everyone by yelling Look! there is Grandma Ginny! He had spotted the first star in the sky for the evening and knew it was you. He watched it the whole way to Spokane. Twinkle, twinkle..You're still amazing! Love you..

Virginia,I was truly Bless to have met you and your family. God's love shines through you,so others could see. You have always treated everyone like family.Your giving Heart showed everyone, the Love God let you share with others. The salmon of Lake Coeur d' Alene and their cousins the Kamloops of Pend Oreille will sleep better tonight now that their arch nemesis Frisky Jennie has gone on to the great pearly lake in the sky. The creator of many an exciting battle has left us to show those good folks how to fish. She is leaving a place that she has made better for all of us. She has replaced this with fond memories. I have this vision of Virginia behind the helm of the old Hotline slowly wending her way up there at the breakneck speed of 1.0 knots. Someone up there will say here comes ole one-oh. Some of you will know what I mean. She always was the slowest boat on the lake except when it came to catching fish. So you folks up there will have to wait a little longer for ole on-oh to get there but it will be worth it. You will be a better place when she gets there. I feel blessed to have met one of the finest fisher women to grace the beautiful region I call home. I have heard so many amazing stories from fellow fisher people about Virginia over the past 30 years I could write a book. Growing up to Virginia & Jerry through their constant support, volunteering & running the Lake CDA Anglers Association, never missing a Big One Derby, club auction or losing her touch on catching The Big One! I realize when you look at your Mother, you are looking at the purest Love you will ever know. This is for my Mom who is in heaven now. No more pain. Momma you will always be present in my heart. What an amazing lady Virginia was. I have never seen a women with so much courage and passion to keep going, Her talent was amazing in all of her crafts. We are so happy we got to know the family though Bill & Tambra, ,they are all our dear friends.
