Robert "Bob" Marion Reavis, 72, of Spirit Lake, Idaho passed away December 22, 2013 at his home. Bob was born May 25th, 1941 in New Meadows, Idaho to William and Mary (Lettington). Bob attended and graduated from New Meadows High School in 1959. Following high school he worked in the logging industry as a logger. Bob proudly served for two years in the United States Navy. Later he traveled to Modesto, California and worked in the farm supply business where he met the love of his life Marlene Martin. They were later married January 19th, 1988 in Modesto, California. They were married 26 years when Bob passed. He obtained his real estate license, owned a health food store "Schutsu" in Riverbank, California. He and Marlene traveled the 48 states as truck drivers before returning to his home state of Idaho. They lived briefly in Athol, Idaho before moving to their permanent home in Spirit Lake, Idaho. One of his favorite hobbies was serving as a little league coach for many years. Bob is the father of three sons William (Bill) Reavis of Boise, Idaho, his wife Wanona and their children Mason Kameron, and Avarel; Robert (Bob) Reavis of Rathdrum, Idaho his wife Melissa and their children Briana, Adam; Adam Reavis of Kansas; and one great-grandchild Holli Reavis of Coeur d' Alene. He is also survived by his step children Dr. Matt McCord, his wife Kim and their children Michael, Ryan and Meghan of Brighton, Michigan; and Tammi Stewart, her husband Gordon and their children Collin and Kyle of Surrey, British Columbia. He was preceded in death by his parents and two sisters Elaine and Janice. A memorial service will be held in early spring. The family suggests that memorials may be made to Timberlake Little League at P.O. Box 1505 Spirit Lake, Idaho 83869.
