I was only blessed with Ina in my life for a short period of time, but a very important and loving period of time it was.
I had lost my mother 6 months prior to crossing Ina's path. I was sad, lonely and lost. Ina filled my mama void and made my heart happy.
She loved to here my mama stories and I loved to tell them, sometimes she would say things just like my mother would, it didn't take long before I realized that her and Jim made my heart feel better. She never really wanted me to wait on her, so I had to be pushy at times just to get her to kick back, unless she was making one of her amazing hats and then she didn't even want to take a break to eat her yummy grilled cheese sandwich. What a talent she had for those hats, I will wear mine proudly.
It was my honor to make her feel special and to let her know she made me feel special to.

Great Aunt Ina, I never called you that though, you were always just Aunt Ina to me. I am going to miss your infectious smile, your bubbly personality, your giggling with my other aunts, your unwavering love for my family, your wonderful voice as you sang songs of praise to God, your encouraging words of testimony and your prayers that tears to my eyes. Until we meet in Heaven above you will always have a place in my heart. I loved you very much and can>t wait to see you again!

My Aunt INA was the sweetest Aunt I could talk to her so easily she was a warm caring person My world would be perfect if more people were like her.I've been in Spokane for about 6 years and i got to be very close to my Aunt we would go to Hobby Lobby and look for things mostly some pretty yarn to knit SeaHawks Hats My Aunt and I also spent much beloved time with Her Brother Kenneth Claude Bocook I'm sure because of his beloved sister he didn't feel so isolated in the care home he is in. We watched all his favorite Judy Garland Movies but mostly Aunt Ina and him would reminise about happy childhood days in Sandpoint They would talk about their mama and papa and growingup "They were'nt poor they were Destitute" uncle kenneth would say. Then they'd laugh because that family had so much love and that's what My Beautiful Aunt Ina shared not only with me but whomever knew her family and friends she had wisdom and strength knowlegde most of all she had her Jesus . My Aunt Ina was also A Beautiful Testimony of our Lord and Savior .My Aunt Ina and I went to Bible Study throughout the last 6 years that i've been in Spokane i liked talking on the Word with her or singing songs about Jesus I loved talking about my Mama her baby sister Lucy Muriel (Bocook) Gasper with her she knew about everyone .I sometimes felt like a child again listening to all her memories about our lovesones I'm selfish I want her here but knowing from our Bible Studies "once Beholding the Savior you don't see through a glass darkly All is known".She could make anyone feel good about themselves she always would point to something positive There's no one like her she is a bright light in this world and a loving spirit Now she's with Her Jesus in Heaven in pure Love Light JOY with her loves ones that are there with her . I LOVE YOU MY AUNT.I'm hoping to meet you in Heaven Dear ONE. HUGS KISSES.love from your niece Zola larrie Gasper I'm missing my beloved Aunt and my friend in this life you sure made it sweet and comforting.

I never met Ina in person, but she introduced herself to me on a musicians contest website. I was pushing for my home town boy and a couple of others and she faithfully voted everyday and helped me spread the word. That was in 2006. We would both be up late finding new music and sharing what we thought. Ina would support those artists with every thing in her. I'd help her with computer problems and just text chat back and forth and email. After awhile came Facebook, she got on it and gaming playing was her thing, so then she told all you children and grandchildren about me (and told me) and so I have a network of the whole family. I will miss the words and laughter from Ina. Jim, you and the family take it slow and prayers will being said for your comfort. Lee

I love you Aunt Ina. No matter where we were in life you always welcomed and loved us with your whole heart. I fear that I will never find another hug or smile as warm as yours in this life:) I will cherish this last September visit always. I tried to play words of wonder but, I couldn't see through my tears to play as I answered your requests. I wish there was more time Aunt Ina. I will dearly miss you as you were and on facebook, I know that it is a small thing, but I looked forward to everything you had to day because it was always so bright and sweet. Now that you are in heaven I really hope that you can some how see yourself through everybody else's eyes. You were and will remain so loved.oxoxoxoxoxo
