James Daniel Frank (Albie), 62, of Hayden Lake, Idaho passed away Saturday, October 15, 2011 at Kootenai Medical Center of Pulmonary Fibrosis. James was born on October 30, 1948 in Kellogg, Idaho to Thomas and Minerva Frank. He graduated from Kellogg High School in 1967 and he went on to earn a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Idaho. His career started in accounting, working his way up in the mining industry and becoming a sought after expert in mine start up and finance. His long and distinguished career in mining culminated as Chairman of the Board for Marathon Gold. In 1969 James and Connie were married in Coeur d' Alene. James loved spending time with his family, boating and fishing. He was very active in the Catholic church, and was involved with the Knights of Columbus, Right to Life of Coeur d' Alene and he was Treasurer of the Northwest Mining Association. James is survived by his wife Connie; three children, Jamiee, Matt and his wife Cheree, Mark and his wife Nina; one brother, John and his wife Diane and two grandchildren, Noah and Isabella. James is also survived by his brother-in-law Mike and wife Lorraine Chase, and mother-in-law and father-in-Law Colleen and James Chase. James was preceded in death by his parents, and four brothers William, Raymond, Gerald and Paul Frank. A rosary will be held at Bell Tower Funeral Home, 3398 E. Jenalan Ave. in Post Falls, Idaho at 7 pm on Friday, October 21, 2011. Funeral Mass will be held by Father Colman Nolan at 10 a.m.on Saturday, October 22 at Saint Stanislaus Kostka Catholic Community Church in Rathdrum. Interment will immediately follow Mass at the Rathdrum Cemetery. Please join the family for a reception in the Parish Hall immediately following interment. James requested that in lieu of flowers, memorial donations be made to Right to Life of Coeur d'Alene, P.O.
