Obituary of Shirley Jean Beebe

Shirley Jean Beebe was welcomed into the arms of Jesus on Oct 1st, 2014. Shirley was born December 19th, 1934 to Burt and Violet Stearns in Hillyard, WA. She married Stewart Beebe in Hayden, ID in 1956. Shirley and Stewart had 4 children that they raised in Hayden. She is preceded in death by her husband, Stewart Radmore Beebe, in 1981. She is survived by their four children John & Cheryl Beebe of Rathdrum, ID: Mary Beebe of Seattle, WA; Stewart & Susan Beebe of Blackfoot, ID; and George & Peggy Beebe of Hauser, ID; fourteen grandchildren, and ten great-grandchildren.
Her world centered around her family. She knew the names and birth dates of each child, grandchild and great-grandchild. Her favorite pastimes were going to Curves and Costco. She enjoyed attending church and family gatherings. She loved her cats that she had over her lifetime. Her smile and laughter will be greatly missed by all of us.
There will be an open viewing at Bell Tower Funeral Home – 3398 E. Jenalan Ave. Post Falls, ID on Friday, October 17th from 10:00 am – 12:00 pm. The viewing will be followed by a Celebration of Life at the Post Falls Church of the Nazarene located at 308 W. 12th Ave., Post Falls, ID at 4:00 pm. A light meal will follow the celebration.
