I was saddened to hear of Chuck's passing. My heartfelt condolences to the Waller family. I worked with Chuck in Lewiston when I was a rookie IBM sales representative. Many fond times with Chuck as he taught me the ropes and kept me out of trouble with customers. He had instant credibility with customers with his passion to help them solve problems and provide his consultative advice. I will miss his laugh, his wit, zest for life and his friendship. Rest in peace my friend. Tom

I considered Chuck Waller a friend who shared the same vision for Bayview as did many longtime residents . Chuck was the backbone of the community, involved in nearly every aspect of Bayview development and preservation. He was an integral part of building the Community Center. He has served on the Water Board since it's beginning. Chuck loved to work on his vintage cars and was proud to have restored them to perfectly original condition. Chuck was involved in the Vintage Ford Club and inspired many others to become involved in the hobby. He was a good fisherman and loved the Lake and all the visual beauty he was surrounded with on a daily basis. He was a genuinely nice guy who had many friends. He will be missed, his contributions to Bayview will survive, benefiting us all in the investments of time and energy he made.
