Obituary of Timothy Eugene Youngblood

Timothy Eugene Youngblood, 56, died after a short courageous battle with esophageal cancer on Tuesday, August 4, 2015, while holding hands with his devoted wife at his home in Rathdrum, ID. He was born March 6, 1959 in Denver Colorado to LaVonne E Soland and Earnest Eugene Youngblood.
Timothy served in the United States Navy from 1977 to 1980. He retired in July of 2012 after a 34 year accomplished career with the United States Postal Service.
Tim loved his family, friends, fly fishing, woodworking, cooking, and his dogs Claire and Abby.
He is survived by his loving wife Karen Youngblood, his Mother, Lavonne Youngblood, Son Travis Wren, Daughter Maria Bagley, Son-in-law Scott Bagley, Grandaughter(s) Kodi Jo and Ady Bagley, Daughter Renea Paulson, Son-in-Law Steven Paulsen, Grandson Vincent Paulsen, Grandaughter Isabella Paulsen, Grandson(s) Peyton and Logan Dale, Brother Todd Youngblood, Sister-in-Law Cindy Youngblood, Nephew Dane Youngblood,, Sister-in-law Charlene Scheureman, Sister-in-law Melina Wilcox, Brother-in-law Harry (Russ) Wilcox, Nephew(s) Henry and Hazen Wilcox.
A remembrance gathering will be held at the Shriner's Event Center, 1250 W. Lancaster Road, Hayden, Idaho at 1:00 PM Saturday, August 15th, 2015. Anyone wishing to share a short memory or story about Tim at the gathering, is encouraged to do so.
