Edwardine and Crystal,
So sorry to read of Phil's passing in the Lewiston Tribune today.
When he worked for Bennett's of Princeton, ID he was the best timber manager we had ever logged under. He always made sure we had a graveled road in the spring, a place where the snow was not too deep in the winter. We could always depend on him to handle the contracts, land owners, and we just had to "log it right".
On a more personal note, loved the Wednesday Nights at the Cowboy Bar & Restaurant in Troy. Remember your family joining us for the "All you could Eat Pizza" plus a liter of wine. Many fun times for sure.
I wished I had known he was in Kellogg the past few years, I have been there a couple of times in the past 3 years, it would have been nice to have visited with him. I lost Rich in 2010, he fell, had a head injury that ended his life all too early. I still live in Clarkston and 2 of my children are here as well.
