Obituary of Karen Wendla Meine

Our beloved Mother, Sister, Aunt and Friend was called to heaven on Thursday, January 7th 2016.
She graduated from West Valley high School in 1963. She married her best friend, Roger L Meine in 1964 and they created a life together in Spokane Valley, raising their two children. She retired from Valley General Hospital in 1989.
Karen is survived by loved ones: daughter Lisa (Meine) Lindsey-Brock and son in law Daniel S Brock, son Todd J Meine, sister Sally (Daniels) Weiler, brother in law David Eickerman, sister in law Anne (Meine) Whitman, grandson’s Dillon Meine, Ross Lindsey and Anderson Brock, special friends Hazel and Bill Winkoski. She is survived by many loving nephews, nieces, dear friends and her special dog.
Please join us to celebrate her life on Friday, January 15th 2016 at 10:30 a.m. at Millwood Community Presbyterian Church 3223 N. Marguerite Rd, Spokane WA 99212.
Following services, we will be celebrating Karen and Roger’s life and placing them together for eternity at 2:15 p.m. at the Washington State Veterans Cemetery, 21702 West Espanola Road, Medical Lake, WA 99022
