Sending my deepest condolences.
I have been trying to locate my father over the year's, he has been heavy on my heart today 01-28-2018 so I decided to look one more time and this is what I found. My heart breaks that I did not find him sooner. I am very saddened beyond words.
You will forever be in my heart Dad!

Ah Bill! You will be missed.
We have known Bill Parker since probably1985 when we first started in the convenience store business. He was a regular customer, for his Diet Coke, and was always upbeat and happy, looking for his next business opportunity. We would tell him, "Bill, you should retire and enjoy your family." His reply was always that he enjoyed working, enjoyed people and wanted to make certain that his family would be taken care of for the rest of their lives.
Bill will be remembered by Ray and I as one of the nicest, energetic, kind and considerate people we have ever known.
May he rest in peace.

I got to know Bill while I was working at the Street Department for the City of CDA. The last 10 years that I spent there I was the field supervisor for all asphalt maintenance, street repair and overlay prep for the city. Bill was my go to guy, if there was anything I needed in the line of road maintenance to do our job he would hook me up. Bill would call me regularly to go have coffee and discuss upcoming work and to share thoughts on the projects. He was so easy to work with and so willing to help, he made my job a lot easier. Those who knew Bill know exactly what I'm talking about. He will be greatly missed in this community. Rest in peace Bill the roads are always smooth where you are going.

I didn't know Bill that well, but his love for family was very evident in his kids who attend the gym and how positive they are to those around them. God Bless your family and prayers for comfort and peace.

I had the privilege and honor of knowing Bill Parker for more than thirty years.
Bill was a disciple; a fisherman of men. He led by example of what a “gentle man” should be. He had an easy going, positive and gentle way about him, which made it easy to be honest and real with him. In entire I knew him, I never heard him speak an unpleasant word about or against anyone.
When I would meet with Bill, he always inquired about my family and my health before we ever began to talk about business. I always knew where Bill’s priorities were, he made it clear when he talked about his wife and his children. He was so proud of their accomplishments and who they are as individuals.
Every time I see an asphalt truck, I will think of him.
Knowing Bill made me a better man, husband, father and friend. I will miss him………..thanks, Bill for being the man you were.

Bill is so much more than a friend to our family. He is a shining example of what a man should be to his friends, family, and all that met him. I have spent so many wonderful hours with Bill. I was always amazed at how many people would not only recognize him whenever we were out somewhere, but how they smiled when they saw him.
I wish Bill would have made it down for a trip to In-N-Out burger like he always said we would one day after I moved back to Arizona. I fondly remember the conversations about him coming down to the desert to enjoy some sunshine and a double double.
I miss Bill as I know everyone who knew him miss him. I am glad his suffering is over, but the hole he leaves behind is painfully evident. My thoughts to his wonderful family. I wish I could be there for you Laura, but know you and your family are always in my thoughts and prayers.
God Speed Bill.

Brother Parker was our Brother long before God made the Garden of Eden. When we first met we both knew immediately that were together before we came to earth. We will miss our Brother but we will see him again at our homecoming. Brother Parker loved his family dearly and we ask God to ease their sorrow and remind them of the joy Brother Parker now enjoys. We ask this blessing in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.

Bill,
You were a classic, just like the 63 Bug you sold to me, then bought back from me 10 years later. Now you've got your choice of Bugs. Get one with a heater this time!
You are and were loved,
Sincerely,
Mark and Coy Worthen

Lara and family, so sorry to hear the passing of Bill. He was all the things you say in the obituary. And yes, he's even sneaked out of church to get a large ice cream cone and a large diet soda at DQ, he said he was hungry and needed a snack. Haha. Blessings to all of you at this time.
