I'm saddened to lose an old friend from cypress street in Wallace Idaho. We met in 1949 and though we lived in different states for the last60 plus years, we managed to stay in touch along with Bob Lee. Neighbors, friends and sports nuts......I cried
Goodbye to a great friend for over 65 years.
Remember what Goldy said "grab your ankles" and enjoy a well deserved peaceful rest.
I will always remember our good times.

It was with a "heavy heart" that I read of Bobby's passing from your lives. His smile and loving personality are still fresh in my mind. It was always a "happy time" to be in his presence. Knowing how he loved golf and all his sporting adventures puts a void in all his teammates lives. He must be "teeing it up" in heaven with Glen right now.
Carol, I know how difficult life will be without your best friend and my heart goes out to you. Hopefully time and cherished memories will keep his love alive in your heart. I am truly sorry for your loss.

Dear Carol, Just a note to offer my condolences and acknowledge Bob's passing.I have many fond memories of Bob and will remember how he always made sure that I (the 'kid') down the block was always included in the countless number of of hours/games we played in every sport in our youth.He and his friends( Bob Lee,Don Preston, Doug Olson, Norm Wiegle,his brother 'Tiny' and others in effect were mentors to me helping in my athletic/personal development.God we had fun.My very best to you and family Carol as I will cherish his memory.Personal regards, Pat Wheeler.
