Obituary of Jennie Louise Bowers

Jennie Louise Bowers, 81, passed away August 31, 2017. Jennie was born on June 16, 1936 to Gideon & Merle (Penning) Leonard in Emmett, Idaho. Her family moved to Deer Park and she went to work at Sacred Heart Hospital in Spokane. She met and married her husband Ted Bowers on December 18, 1957.

Ted and Jennie moved to Seattle where they started a family of 4 boys, Ted, Dave, Rick & Don. After many moves, they lived in Chewelah, Washington for many years and ended up in Doyle, California.

She is survived by her husband Ted (Doyle, California), 4 sons, Ted & Saray (Doyle, California), Dave & Lisa (Spokane Valley, Washington), Richard (Medical Lake, Washington), Don (Doyle, California), brother, Larry Leonard (Deer Park, Washington) sister, Cora Millard (Malden, Washington), 12 grandchildren, 13 great grand children and many nieces and nephews.
