I had the privilege of knowing Sandi when she managed Dr. Jack Riggs' North Idaho Immediate care centers. I am Rachel Riggs sister. She was kind and patient. She not only cared about me as her patient but also treated me like a friend, with her warm smile and beautiful, reflecting eyes of love. Every now and then I would run into her at a store or downtown, and of course our first instinct was to hug one another. She was a warm gift to our community created by God. I can absolutely guarantee that she touched many lives in this area, and changed people to be kinder and more tolerant through her example. I know she changed my life. My heart is filled with sadness for the members of her family who must live without her, and I will say a prayer for you all when Sandi comes to my mind.
