Obituary of Kenneth Thomas White

Kenneth Thomas White, 80, of Post Falls, Idaho passed away December 29, 2017 at his home.  Kenneth was born August 10, 1937 in Oregon to George and May White. 

 

As a child Kenneth moved to California with his family.  There he attended and graduated from Bell Flower High School in 1955.  He later met Clara Loustaunau in 1960, and they were married a year later in Norwalk, California.  In 1975 they moved to Coeur d’ Alene, Idaho, and Kenneth worked for Custom Furniture and Cabinets, and later for Huntwood Cabinets in Spokane, eventually working his way up to purchasing manager.  He finally retired from Huntwood at age 62.

 

Kenneth was a founding member of Pantra.  He enjoyed riding motorcycles, and four wheeling in his Polaris Razor.

 

He is survived by four children Jolean Chapin of Post Falls, Idaho, Karen Martin of Athol, Idaho, Michael White of Post Falls, Idaho, and Tommy White of Lakewood, California; two brothers Quitin White of Post Falls, Idaho, and Gordon White of Lake Elsinore, California; four grandchildren, six great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.  He was preceded in death by his parents and his wife.

 

A celebration of Kenneth’s Life will be held at a later date.
