Obituary of Oscar Robert Sutherland
Oscar Robert Sutherland, 54, of Hauser, Idaho passed away April 6, 2018 at his home. Oscar was born May 8, 1963 in Grand Coulee, WA to William and Stella (Swella) Sutherland.
Oscar spent most of his childhood in Spokane, WA. There he attended and graduated from University High School in 1982. He then attended SEC from 1982 – 1986. He then went to work for E Motor Work from 1986 – 2010. Oscar once made the front page of the Spokesman Review for receiving a Christmas bonus check of $7,388.00.
Oscar was a member of the Colville Confederated Tribe. He enjoyed fishing, and remote-control airplanes.
He is survived by his sister Nancy Sutherland-Potter and Niece Nancy K. Smith, and her children Sonyia and Damion.
A Celebration of Oscar’s Life will be held Tuesday May 8th, 2018 from 4:30 P.M. – 7:30 P.M. at the Longhorn Barbecue 2315 N. Argonne Rd. Spokane Valley, WA 99212.
