Kevin Neil Peterson, 50, of Rathdrum, Idaho passed away September 18, 2014 at his home. Kevin was born November 21, 1963 in Parsons, Kansas to Daryle Bass and Barbara Roberts. Barbara later married Frank Peterson who adopted Kevin. Kevin was raised in Aurora, Missouri where he attended and graduated from Aurora High School in 1982. He worked as a photographer traveling and working in Minnesota, and Denver, Colorado before moving to Idaho in 1994. There he worked at sears portrait studios.
He met Gloria Pickens in 1984 and they were later married in 2004 in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. Kevin loved Photography, motorcycles, and his Trans Am.
He is survived by his wife Gloria Peterson of the family home in Rathdrum, Idaho; two daughters Brandice Pickens of Rose Lake, Idaho, and Sheri Benner of Spirit Lake, Idaho; Two brothers Kerry Peterson and Kirk Peterson of Aurora, Missouri; two grandchildren Alexis and Daeggan Benner; and his biological father Daryle Bass of Texas. Kevin was preceded in death by his mother and maternal grandparents.
Upon his request no services will be held.
