I had the pleasure working for Dr Kuwada in 2016. He was my mentor and podiatrist for a very short time. He performed miracles for his patients: simple bunionectomies, toe implants, neuroma excisions and ankle reconstructions. If there was no fire, there was no hurry necessary. He was fun, serious, humble and assertive all at the same time. He took me under his wings and allowed me to unfold my capabilities. He decided to retire from his work during the time I was gone to New York for my father's funeral. I was in shock. Needless to say. I did not get to say Good-bye to him. I am very sorry for that. I know for a fact that we all miss him very much, and any one who has ever come into contact with Dr Kuwada will never forget him. My deepest condolences to his family. R.I.P. Dr Kuwada.
