My grandpa has never been far. He has been by my side watching me grow up, picked plenty of splinters out of my fingers, tickled me til I was on the brink of peeing my pants, guided me onto the path of working in the medical field, helped welcome my daughter into the world with the most love and honor I have seen, and he has given my little girl time with him before he was called to be our angel. I am looking forward to the days my kids ask about their great grandpa dale - I have so many stories of our adventures together.
